Certified Dietary Manager - Dietary
Assists the Director of Dietary in planning, directing and coordinating activities of department, conducive to high quality food production and service. Scheduled days and hours are varied as necessitated by smooth running of department of department.
Knowledge and Ability - High School diploma and successful completion of Dietary Manager's course.
Experience - Supervisory experience in hospital food service is preferred.
License and Certifications - Certified Dietary Manager is required.
Continuing Education -- Must participate in in-service education as required by hospital policy.
